1. User Documents & Files (Crucial)

We strictly protect the privacy of the documents you upload. We do not read, copy, share, or sell any content from your PDF files. All uploaded documents, as well as the processed output files, are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 2 hours of processing.

2. Personal Information Collected

When you register or subscribe, we collect basic information such as your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. This data is used solely for account management, service delivery, and transactional communication.

3. Payment Data Security

We use Razorpay Software Private Limited as our payment gateway aggregator. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers. All payment details are securely entered directly on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout page.

4. Cookies

We use basic cookies to keep you logged in and to save your website preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies to sell your data to advertisers.
