Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at Samagra (operated by Nextgen Technologies) want you to be completely satisfied with our digital tools. We offer a transparent cancellation and refund process.

1. Cancellation Policy (For Premium Plans)

If you are subscribed to a recurring plan (Monthly/Yearly), you have full control over your subscription.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and clicking on "Cancel Subscription".
• Once canceled, no future deductions will be made from your card or bank account.
• Cancellation does not delete your account. You will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new users.

• If you purchase a new plan and are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the initial transaction.
• Renewal Refunds: For AutoPay renewals, we do not generally offer refunds. However, if you forgot to cancel and request a refund within 24 hours of the auto-renewal deduction, we will process it as an exception.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed immediately through Razorpay. The credited amount will reflect in your original payment source (Credit Card, Bank Account, UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
