Samagra provides online software tools to edit, merge, split, and compress PDF documents. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding 100% uninterrupted uptime.

2. Fair Usage Policy

You agree not to use our tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not upload documents that contain malicious code, malware, or content that violates international copyright laws without the owner's permission.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The legal entity (Nextgen Technologies) cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Pricing & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all premium plans are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the website.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harda, Madhya Pradesh.
