Shipping & Delivery Policy

Samagra provides Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital tools. Therefore, we do not ship any physical products to your address.

1. Digital Delivery

All our services and subscription plans are delivered entirely online. Upon successful completion of your payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay), your account or subscription plan will be activated instantly.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard Timeline: Instant (within 1-2 minutes of successful payment).

If for any technical reason your premium access is not activated immediately after money has been deducted from your account, please do not make a duplicate payment. The system will automatically sync within a maximum of 2 hours.

3. Downloaded Files

Any PDF document that you process (edit, merge, compress) on our platform will be available for immediate download right on your screen. We do not email the processed files due to privacy reasons.

4. Issues with Delivery
